I’ve recently been told that I have an anxiety disorder, and I find it very difficult to relax. What is the best form of relaxation (other than things like reading, taking a bath, and sleeping) that work the best!?

personally i find listening to music works the best for me.. not that depressing stuff but feel good music like brooke Frazer or something like her
