Common was at Virgin Megastore yesterday signing copies of his new album. I saw him and he looked pretty happy. It was POURING in New York City yesterday so i was surprised there was such a large turnout. I haven’t heard the album.

Im doing a school assignment and I need some info about universal health care. I know Germany was the first country to move towards universal health care but why?
I need to know what factors influenced the German government to have universal health care within the country of Germany.
